Aprilia SR 125 is the international version of SR 150, the sport scooter being sold in India. There are actually no visual differences in both of them but the instrument console on the SR 125 comes with a Black background whereas the Indian spec 150 cc cousin of this scooter uses White background. It produces 9.4 BHP and 8.2 Nm of torque. It rivals Suzuki Burgman 125, Peugeot Speedfight 125, Honda PCX 125 and Piaggio Vespa VXL 125. SR 125 helps the rider enjoy the peppy nature of SR series by holding the A1 license itself.
The power to the scooter comes from a 124 cc, 1-cylinder air cooled engine, producing 9.46 BHP @ 8500 rpm and 8.2 NM @ 7500 rpm. The CVT has been used for the gearbox purpose and a 220 mm disc brake on the front makes it safer than others. It comes with a 7 litre fuel tank and a weight of 122 kg, when filled with all fluids.
