Things you can do during Pregnancy Period

1. Gentle Exercise
A gentle exercise during pregnancy helps you to remain active. Exercises such as cycling, swimming could be very helpful. Not only that you can also continue with some yoga steps during the morning as well. This will enable you and your baby to stay fit and avoids miscarriage in some cases. In the later days (third trimester) women go through major changes in their body therefore they must have to be more careful with exercises. However, research has shown that moderate exercise in late pregnancy do not cause any harm on premature birth, shooting membranes or damage to fetuses.

2. Eat plenty of Protein
The Recommended Dietary Allowance of protein for women during pregnancy have often recommended 100 grams. Sufficient amount of protein is necessary for the proper development of the infant (especially brain). Along with that it also helps to protect against preeclampsia during pregnancy.

3. Drink a lot of water
Drinking lots of water may help to get rid of many complications such as cramps, dizziness, nausea, headaches which are caused due to dehydration. This is actually needed during the third trimester when dryness can actually cause contractions that can generate preterm labor.

1. Eggnog
During pregnancy you should avoid consuming eggnog, when you prepare it at home sometimes it might contain uncooked eggs which contains Salmonella. In spite making at home you can buy pasteurized eggnog. Also remember that when you make any of the products with egg cook to 160 degrees.

2. Deli-style meat and poultry
During pregnancy try to avoid foods like, Hot dogs, Luncheon meats, Dry sausage, cold cuts and other deli-style meat or poultry because it might contain bacterium known as listeria. Even if you are really carving than, steam hot or 165 degrees before heating.

3. Salads made in store
Salads such as ham salad, chicken salad, and sea food salad might contain Listeria which causes food poisoning. instead you can easily make salads at home which are far more safe, clean and healthy.
