Tihar is also known as Deepawali, Diwali, Dipawali, Yamapanchak, Swonti(Nepali) or Sunti(Newari). Tihar is five day long Hindu festival celebrated in Nepal. Required Ingredients
Soaked rice for minimum 7 hours, ghee and sugar for taste

- Knead the soaked rice into dough for smooth texture
- Then make small balls of the dough and make a round shape of it by dabbing dough with hands
- Heat the pan with oil and put down the roti for deep fry
- Cook them until they turn brown in color
